Bug: JSONObject constructor with JSONTokener ignores JSONParserConfiguration of JSONTokener

Current behavior:
When configuring a JSONParserConfiguration and setting it to JSONTokener, and then passing this Tokener to create a JSONObject, the JSONParserConfiguration is ignored, as it internally creates a new JSONParserConfiguration, which is used instead.

Expected behaviour the JSONParserConfiguration from the JSONTokener should be used. The existing getter for the JSONParserConfiguration on the JSONTokener could be used, making it not deprecated as suggested in #941
