Providing fix for hardcoded AF_INET argument in parseIP function call for "destinations". This leads to issues with IPv6 addresses thus they handled as IPv4.

This patch provides a solution equivalent as its is used for "services":

The easiest way to do this is to amend the last commit:

$ git clone -b "2289-fix-ipv6-hardcode" git@github.com:herrwagner/libnetwork.git somewhere
$ cd somewhere
$ git commit --amend -s --no-edit
$ git push -f

Amending updates the existing PR. You DO NOT need to open a new one.
