Create a new Drupal8.gitignore for Drupal 8 with the code from dvcs/gitignore See the latest [gitignore](https://github.com/dvcs/gitignore/blob/master/templates/Drupal8.gitignore) And the [pull request](https://github.com/dvcs/gitignore/pull/4) Drupal 8's directory structure is fundamentally different from past versions.

@lpalgarvio apologies for the delay in replying to this. I had a lot of these templates requested, but I couldn't quite figure out the right place for them. I ended up settling on #2857, and you'll see the main Drupal template at Feel free to submit any v8 improvements to that template, or to move the v8 template into |
