[Bar]: Non-rounded rect not calculating correct dimension with top-down yRange

While adding a new compound chart [example](https://github.com/techniq/layerchart/pull/539) it was revealed `Bars` do not handle `yRange={[0, height]}` (top-down display) due to an issue in [createDimensionGetter()](https://github.com/techniq/layerchart/blob/next/packages/layerchart/src/lib/utils/rect.svelte.ts#L120-L158)
