Transfer animation remain visible while channel is open

Transfer cards continue to appear in the UI even after the Lightning channel has been successfully opened.

This creates confusion, as the transfer should be considered completed once the channel is open.

Steps to reproduce
1. Initiate a channel opening / transfer
2. Wait until the channel is successfully opened
3. Check the transfer cards list

Expected behavior
Once the channel is open, the related transfer card should disappear or be marked as completed.

The transfer card remains visible even though the channel is open.

When Event.ChannelReady fires, syncTransferStates() is called, which marks the transfer as settled in the database:
