Add option to cache transformed data from processors and skip pipeline entirely

While this operation is quite fast, I believe some people in the lab have asked for the ability to directly load in the raw processed data. Especially, for signal processing where fourier transforms and other potentially expensive transform operations could be required in the pipeline from a processor.
