Migrate to github.com/antlr4-go/antlr/v4 #3085

What do you want to change?
Currently sqlc imports both github.com/antlr4-go/antlr/v4 and github.com/antlr/antlr4/runtime/Go/antlr/v4.
github.com/antlr/antlr4/runtime/Go/antlr/v4 is not maintained anymore, and causes issues when I try to update my dependencies.
github.com/google/cel-go was updated to use github.com/antlr4-go/antlr/v4.
It seems sqlc is still using github.com/antlr/antlr4/runtime/Go/antlr/v4 in the sqlite code.
Is there any reason to not update to github.com/antlr4-go/antlr/v4 ?
