Reuse `AnnotatedMethod` annotation cache in derived instances

Following up on #36307, it turns that we need to reuse the AnnotatedMethod annotation cache field across derived instances for it to have full effect in common HandlerMethod arrangements that build on the 'AnnotatedMethod' copy constructor.
