EDIT:
When reviewing the README, I noticed that the spring-javaformat-maven-plugin configuration was missing from the pom.xml, even though it is commonly used across Spring Cloud projects.
It seems it may have been omitted unintentionally, and applying the plugin would help maintain consistent code formatting.
This PR adds the plugin and also includes minor formatting cleanup (e.g., comment polishing).
