[Feature] Configurable `'diffopt'` from option panel

It would be great if you could add an action to toggle ignoring white space when inside the file-panel, like git diff --ignore-all-space (or --ignore-blank-lines, --ignore-space-change)

Maybe even sth. similar in the file-panel like action.options in the file_history_panel (be able to toggle different diff / view options)?

@splitDEV The actual diffing is done by nvim, not git. You can configure its behavior through :h 'diffopt'. For treatment of whitespace, see: iblank, iwhite, iwhiteall, iwhiteeol.

Or did you mean that you want an option panel for configuring 'diffopt' options?

Yeah, a panel would be nice. I haven't set iblank, iwhite, iwhiteall, iwhiteeol in diffopt as I normally want to see white space changes.
But when a whole file gets formatted (due to changing code inside an unformatted file) it would be nice to quick switch between ignoring white space to see only "real code" changes.

This would be quite handy for me, but not super important and low priority. Just saw the new options panel for the new merge tool and thought this would be handy there as well :-)
