Interesting failure on the pulp runner: https://github.com/pulp/pulpcore/actions/runs/21642237670/job/62385103120?pr=7275#step:17:5021. It looks like our list endpoints (specifically the generic ones) are no longer pulling in enough info during a request and are doing extra db queries for each object in order to fill out the PRN field.

The S3 runner shows that there is still a race condition present in the task_group cancellation: https://github.com/pulp/pulpcore/actions/runs/21642237670/job/62385103189?pr=7275#step:14:23062. Not sure how we can fix it.

@gerrod3 I aggree that these test failures need to be addressed somehow. But they are unrelated to these release mechanic specific changes and we need to bump that version. So I am going to merge this anyway.
