fix(headings): fixed headings titles format & translate untranslated sections

This pull request primarily updates the formatting and ordering of section titles throughout the documentation, switching from "English (Persian)" to "Persian (English)" for improved consistency and readability. Additionally, it introduces a new .idea/git_toolbox_prj.xml configuration file. The most important changes are grouped below:

Documentation Section Title Localization:

• Changed all major and minor section titles in documentation files to display the Persian title first, followed by the English translation in parentheses (e.g., === نصب گیت (Installing Git) instead of === Installing Git (نصب گیت)). This affects files such as installing.asc, what-is-git.asc, aliases.asc, getting-a-repository.asc, recording-changes.asc, and remotes.asc.
