Changes: Added Spanish translation for Library Management preferences

I have added Spanish translation currently and if this approach is correct I can move forward with other languages.

Thanks for opening an issue on this and for suggesting a fix!

Ideally for translations, we'd like to try to have contributors submit translations for native languages, which I've now included in the translations docs. I think what's in this PR so far seems okay and is a relatively small change.

I updated your description from "Fixes" to "Progress towards" the issue you opened, since the issue addresses all translations. If you're interested in submitting more translations, it'd be great to stick with any languages that you're fluent in!
