Convert Code to Python 3

Not sure if you are actively maintaining this code base anymore.

Here is a python 3 update

If not would you be ok with either transfering or allowing a hard fork (like pycrypto and pycryptodome did)

Hi @DomAmato , I do have write access to the repo and have been applying simple obvious fixes, but this is a large change, so I've reached out to Pablo to see what he wants to do going forward. I'll let you know what he says, or perhaps he'll reply here himself.
