ResponseActions - document usage of aria-pressed

Currently a consumer can pass aria-pressed to a ResponseAction, but we should:

• explicitly document that in the interface for response actions
• probably provide an example (or add onto the new example added in feat(ResponseActions): Add option for persistent selections #740)
