Partially missing contributions on profile page

I contributed for a year to VTK (https://github.com/Kitware/VTK) with a professional email address.
I recently added that email address to my personal github account so that my contributions are visible on my profile.
However, only a few contributions appear on my profile:

For example, I have plenty of commits in september, but no contributions appear in september on my profile.

I have enabled private contributions, and waited for about 3 weeks, but still nothing.
By the way, I have the same issue for https://github.com/Kitware/ParaView
Any idea how to show all my contributions ?

All my commits use the same email, which I added to my github account and is verified.
A proof that all my commits are correctly linked my github account is that they all appear when I search by author: https://github.com/Kitware/VTK/commits/master/?author=noclone
However, they are not displayed on my profile page.

If you want your contributions to show up correctly on your GitHub profile, the email in your Git global config must match the verified email on your GitHub account
Run this in your terminal:

##git config --global user.name
##git config --global user.email

you should see your github email and username if not follow next step
Output example:

user.name=Abinesh
user.email=[email protected]

Run this in your terminal with your github email and github username

git config --global user.email "[email protected]"
git config --global user.name "Your GitHub Username"

will fix the issue I once face the same issue you face

I contacted the support, my commits were correct and should have been displayed on the graph. They rebuilt the graph manually and it's fixed now.

how to contact support, i have the same issue. i have updated my global email and username, it was set to another profile of myself previously. but i was pushing to this account.
