Use author profile pictures

Currently, to keep it minimal and avoid privacy issues with Gravatar, the username pages only contain an author placeholder with the first letter of the author name.

This feature request proposes adding the actual author image from Gravatar and gathers feedback and opinions regarding this feature (feel free to leave your comment below or upvote (👍) / downvote (😕))

How would that be any kind of privacy issue ? Correct me if I'm wrong but as far as I know :

We'll be able to display the Gravatar only if the user has published public packages, thus packages metadata contains its email address.
We will compute the Gravatar URL and cache it for like an hour, but it is computed using a MD5 hash, so people won't be able to get the email address from our cache even if the user change its email visibility.
