add Node.js 14 LTS fermium

This should go live just before v14.15.0 is released as we do not want to link latest-fermium to v14.14.0.

How about I prepare it and put it in npm and the leave it to you to install it on the server in the right time? I think we npx it on unofficial-builds but not on www.

@rvagg I'm going to do the releases on Tuesday. I'll handle updating the server but if you would be kind enough to release on npm just so we keep in sync that would be great. (Or I could release on npm if added?)
