The type of std.Build.Module.sanitize_c is changed from ?bool into ?std.zig.SanitizeC for zig version 0.15.0-dev.441+c1649d586.
With the similar idea in #154, I wrote a branch which covers both master version and 0.14.0 stable version for zig.
