I think this would be good behaviour to have configuration for in the .gitify file, as the usage depends on your workflow. Some people might be doing most editing from an IDE with gulp/grunt triggering the builds automatically (in which case having all TVs in the list is a big plus so you don't have to remember them all).. while in projects like MODX.today editing is primarily done via the manager, and it doesn't really matter what's in the file as long as they can be built. |

Like the idea but needs to be configuration somehow. Ideally defaulting to the current behavior.

From my perspective there is no need to add empty TV values into the extracted content files. This is useful because now after adding a new TV, not every single resource file changes - only those with a value.
