fix(pdf-server): remove page-loading overlay

The page-loading overlay had multiple issues:

• Dark mode broken: hardcoded rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.9) background — pure white regardless of theme
• Could get stuck: if rendering failed or raced with the 150ms show-delay timer, the overlay stayed visible and broke sizing/layout
• Low value: the previous page content remains visible during render, which is better UX than a loading spinner. The 150ms delay meant most renders completed before the overlay even appeared.

Removes the overlay entirely (~77 lines of JS + CSS).
