Refresh CLI recordings for 13.2

Summary

• refresh the existing Aspire CLI recordings and add command-level recordings across the CLI reference
• update docs and player settings for the 13.2 CLI surface, including non-looping playback, slower help playback, and corrected row heights
• split the top-level recordings into dedicated aspire --banner and aspire --help casts, restore ANSI color, and normalize example prompts to ./example/aspire/workspace

Validation

• validated key updated pages and player wiring locally during the refresh work
• attempted clean-worktree validation after the split/color follow-up
• clean Astro startup is still blocked by the existing src/frontend/src/components/api-reference/InpageSearch.astro esbuild error (Expected ";" but found "$"), which is unrelated to these recording changes
