Just a word of advice - We ended up using the Arduino Uno R3(ATmega328), instead of the Leonardo(ATMega32u4), which you can see in the pictures. This has to do with the ATMega32u4 chip-set used in the Leonardo and the currently available PCM-sound libraries. (check out this link for more information.)
