setup.py install doesn't include the recipes folder

I installed p4a with python -mpip install --user .

It worked, but the recipes directory didn't end up in my ~/.local/lib/python2.7/site-packages/python-for-android.

I think the recipes should be included as data files?

Workaround is to copy recipes to that directory by hand.

It seems like this was my error somehow. Tried again and recipes are being copied.
