x86_64 builds now require -lopcodes

Recent changes to objtool that landed during the merge window require libopcodes (provided by binutils-dev) for x86_64 builds, without it objtool fails to link:

Hello Mark,

Started working on this. Can you share the command you are using to build this?

I noticed on cross images (x86_64_gcc-12, arm64_gcc-12), the problem isn't there, but it is for native (i.e. gcc-12).

I fixed the native builds by adding the dependency into Docker, but before pushing up I want to check with you that I am fixing the correct use case.
