Update README.md - added instructions for monorepo support

Added instructions for monorepo support to the General Configuration. This enables users to associate multiple services from a monorepo to application keys in JFrog Artifactory.

• All tests passed. If this feature is not already covered by the tests, I added new tests.
• I used npm run format for formatting the code before submitting the pull request.
