CustomPiOS docker container has moved from Docker Hub to ghcr.io/guysoft/custompios:devel

The CustomPiOS container needed to test #260 is not new (its from months ago).
Same for the released versions.

I will build it myself for the time being!

Update to:

ghcr.io/guysoft/custompios:devel

Dockerhub blocked the repo claming it was malicious, which it is not. By the time they got back and unbanned it we migrated to github container registry. Its in the wiki.

It's a bit hard to spot that change in the wiki. Also it refers to Dockerhub at the top in the wiki:

Will adjust this for you.

Please announce this in an issue and pin the issue for a good while. Also mentioning it at the top of your repo README.md is much more effective.
