The GitHub action
wrapper-validation-action@v1has been quite flaky. This week, 1 PR and 1 master build failed because of this.I'm updating all actions to be consistent with what's in GraphQL Java now. Usually I'd only update one action or package at a time but I'm pretty confident as we've got the same setup in GraphQL Java.
