Add configuration to exclude file patterns from middleware auto-instrumentation #18985
Description
The goal of this is to give users more granular control in case something goes wrong with our middleware auto-instrumentation. Currently users can already opt out of this but in that case they have to disable middleware auto-instrumentation altogether. This option would allow a user to specify file patterns that get excluded from the auto-instrumentation.
