### What this PR does Fixes two broken links in the documentation: - **Getting started with Dart** → now points to the official https://dart.dev/learn/tutorial - **Introduction to Flutter UI** → updated to the current correct URL https://docs.flutter.dev/learn/tutorial/create-an-app Both links now work correctly and point to the latest official tutorials. ### Before - [Getting started with Dart]: {{site.dart-site}}/tutorial (broken) - [Introduction to Flutter UI]: /learn/tutorial/create-an-app (broken or outdated) ### After - [Getting started with Dart]: https://dart.dev/learn/tutorial - [Introduction to Flutter UI]: https://docs.flutter.dev/learn/tutorial/create-an-app Thanks for reviewing!

Code Review
This pull request fixes two broken links in the documentation. The update for the 'Getting started with Dart' link is correct. However, for the 'Introduction to Flutter UI' link, there is a discrepancy between the URL implemented in the code and the one mentioned in the pull request description. I've left a comment to address this inconsistency.

We use a macro to define the site URL. Thanks for fixing this! We should have set up a redirect. The second line is ok.
