Description

Webview wasn't properly disposed on android

Overall looks good, we need to add an e2e test that verifies this fix in https://github.com/flutter/plugins/blob/master/packages/webview_flutter/example/test_driver/webview.dart before we can land this.

@amirh I just noticed that you wanted to put some e2e test here. Not sure how I could test that. Any tips/ideas?

as far as I know there's no way of checking if sound still plays in webview.

You're right, I don't see an obvious way to test this, especially as we've lost the reference to the Android WebView after the platform view has been disposed.

Why not the same logic in ios? I notice there are many of com.apple.WebKit.WebContent processes in my Mac Activity monitor while I was developing.
