This PR:
Context: Reenabling the DevTools tests in the Flutter customer testing repository is currently failing. This is because we were assuming the Flutter version only has one
-in it (e.g.3.33.0-1.0.pre.1156) however the latest version has two (3.33.0-1.0.pre-1156).
