Release 3.4 #2495
Description
We have more than enough new stuff (not to mention bugfixes) to release a new version.
Just a bit of housekeeping is needed:
- Fix the Nemo test so that CI is green
- Update the changelog and AUTHORS
If anyone has an issue or PR that they think needs to be done before putting out a 3.4 release candidate, feel free to list it here.
