[wasm][debugger] Expand support of `DebuggerTypeProxy`

So far we support DebuggerTypeProxy for class and struct. Add tests to DebuggerTests.CustomViewTests.UsingDebuggerTypeProxy or similar to check if it works on assembly level. If it's failing - fix it.
