用户菜单的按钮把 “注册” 删除了，统一为“登陆”，在登陆页面提示用户如果没有注册的话，提供注册功能

登陆的这部分功能的组件名称 UserManager.vue 修改为 LoginDialog.vue ，把 App.vue 中导入 UserManager 的注释删除了 |
