The flag `if_not_exists` was ignored when deparsing a create index statement.

Pardon the delay! I've been rebuilding the deparser from scratch for PG17 😅 I don't want you to think I was going dark — I just have a really awesome surprise coming!!! It's much more robust :) would you be willing to test it out? In any case, here are all your PRs merged and published! |
