fix(backend): Rename password compromised action and introduces unsetting a compromised password

Description

This PR renames the __experimental_passwordCompromised to __experimental_setPasswordCompromised and also changes the endpoint to the correct one.

Also it introduces __experimental_unsetPasswordCompromised
