Adding in classes and tests for creating/consuming Custom Authorizers in API Gateway.
The APIGatewayProxyRequest.RequestContext class was missing the "Authorizer" property with the fields that are passed back by the custom authorizer lambda function.
This commit also contains the classes required to author custom authorizers in .NET.
