Replace parseBooleanFromString function in apify-mcp-server (https://github.com/apify/apify-mcp-server/blob/master/src/utils/generic.ts#L96) with shared function https://github.com/apify/apify-shared-js/blob/master/packages/utilities/src/parse_boolean.ts#L10.

Ohh, please no :( Then someone updates the function and it breaks something (this already happened with shared github workflows) and also it's not great for LLMs as they miss the context and it is harder for troubleshooting. I am honestly very strongly against this.
