Multi-homed VMs stuck in expunging state #3645
Description
CloudStack 4.11.3 and 4.13.0.0
When VM is joined to i.e. one Isolated network (default) and one additional Shared guest network - when VM is being expunged, VM will be stuck in the "Expunging" state indefinitely, due to some DNS/DHCP changes we introduced in 4.11.3.
This issue is fixed by #3627
