CSS Templates should transform output #332
Description
As CSS has a very limited range of what can be embedded, the a PipeScript CSS template should transform it's output into viable CSS.
This should:
- Make most strings CSS selectors
- Take a
[Collections.IDictionary]and rewrite it as a CSS rule
