Naming Colors

Current, Color is of various utility in the game, but Colors are not "named" or "searchable" for user input of dark cyan or black etc.

@Zidane brought up the point that Colors that are "standard" should be named and searchable, but considering the possibility of having 16 million colors and the ability to get various colors by RGB values, it is a complex issue.

So, we ask the community developers what possible solutions or opinions you may have about the above issue.

Not quite the same idea but I think a system that could benefit developers greatly would be some kind of way to retrieve MC colors by RGB by finding the closest match.

As far as naming go. There could be another level of abstraction for MC colors that are used in multiple places and TextColor or DyeColor or whatever could just wrap those somehow.

Anyways just my initial thoughts. Shouldnt be considered fleshed out.
