• @metamask/[email protected]: adds preferredProvider state/mutator, providers state with getProviders() (auto-fetched on init/region change), defaultAmount/quickAmounts on Country, getApiPath() helper, and exports UserRegion type
• Breaking: userRegion type changes from string | null to UserRegion | null (use userRegion.regionCode), and removes eligibility (eligibility state, updateEligibility(), getEligibility(), related types/actions)
