Default baseUrl for markbind init is not consistent with user guide

When executing markbind init, the resultant baseUrl in the site configuration is "/". Whereas the user guide states "".

The default baseUrl should be "" otherwise dynamic includes may be incorrect.

I propose to update the initial site configuration.
