PR #44 already merged, but @punkfairie also left a comment: "The cookie banner doesn't pop up for me and the button doesn't seem to do anything? I tried on 4 different browsers across two computers lol."

Oh you can ignore that I deleted that comment because I realized I hadn't added the .env file it needed! The cookie banner worked perfectly fine after I fixed that.

@punkfairie cool, note that the build failed for the cookie banner #44. I plan to d/l and locally run and test but waiting to see if any changes are made in next day or two.

Oops, was that PR not a draft? It wasn't ready for publishing, nor needed ATM as the site doesn't set any cookies. This PR was prep for if/when Google Analytics was added.
