Hi,

I'd like to use your 1.1:SNAPSHOT from bintray, but it looks like your repo is private:

 Could not GET 'https://api.bintray.com/maven/tsearle/maven/matrix-client/midoricorp/Matrix-ClientServer-API-java/1.1-SNAPSHOT/maven-metadata.xml'. Received status code 401 from server: Unauthorized

For guest access, can you make the repo readonly?
