Mistake in latest release notes

Hello,

While reading the latest release notes (https://github.com/DataDog/datadog-lambda-python/releases/tag/v8.121.0) I've noticed that the "Important" section is a bit confusing.

We can read that dd-trace-py is 3.18.1 but the links point to 3.19.4 and 4.2.0.

Can you please clarify what's the actual version.
