btn red is used on the upload page and (was used.. guess someone changed it but hasn't deployed since) on game admin settings. afaik there is no unused css

Calling this a draft for now until we get a current version of the flyer, in pdf and png formats.
Also unearthed an ancient css element -- btn-red -- which looks pretty cool imo
