Add a scaling factor that is based on a multiplier, letting you downscale or upscale the application (based on AttorneyOnline#935, KFO-Client implementation is using a double rather than integer for multiplies such a 0.5, 2.75 etc.) Fix Font DPI breaking AO's font sizes and making themes look extremely ugly
