Chatbox asset sizing/coordinates should be tied to the chatbox folder, not the theme. #847
Description
Due to the consistency of the client's themes, the chatbox definition should be directed toward its own instead of dependent on the theme. Although a few themes are interdependent, we wish to make use of this capability to prevent nameplates from being messed up and fonts from being the wrong size. It might even have its own chatbox. ini should be placed in a folder similar to how "Misc." is used chatboxes anyway, thus fulfilling it's purpose.
